One of the most important conditions for realizing the demographic dividend is women’s empowerment. Women constitute half the country’s population; shoulder three-fourths of the responsibility to run society. MSWS run Tailoring and Beauty-culture training centers for the underprivileged women. The following are the details of the same

• Tailoring- Sewing Machine Operator Training – Sikanderpur Jhuggi Basti – 55 women have been trained and benefitted and provided with certificates from MCG – out of 55, 32 are earning nearly 8000/- per month
• Beauty-culture- 35 BPL females trainees have been trained and benefited and provide with certificates from MCG – out of 35 trained females 25 are earning nearly about 10000 per month and 7 have opened their own beauty parlor and earning 10000 to 15000 per month
• Adolescent girls care programme- Apart from the above activities Maxvision Social Welfare Society also conducted regular adolescent girl care programs in which various awareness programs were conducted in the locations of Dharam Colony, Bhawani Enclave, Basai Chawk etc… The activities conducted under this program are follows
  • Awareness sessions on Good Touch and Bad Touch
  • Awareness sessions on menstrual health & Hygiene
• Scholarship Program- MSWS in collaboration with Maruti Suzuki Foundation implemented one scholarship program to support the single parent children from different Government schools in Gurugram. Twenty Girl child were supported from this support.
